Every IO Circle delivery comes with door inspection. You only pay if the device matches what you ordered.
How it works
Order placed
Pick a device, choose your grade, choose prepaid (3% off) or COD-with-inspection. We reserve a unit and ship within 24 hours.
Out for delivery
You get an SMS with a 1-hour delivery window and the agent's name + phone. Track live on the link we send.
Open in front of agent
Unbox while the agent waits. Power on. Run any test you want — battery, ports, camera, screen. Agent waits up to 15 minutes.
Pay only if satisfied
Match? Pay via UPI / card / cash. Doesn't match? Refuse delivery — agent takes it back, you owe nothing. Prepaid orders get a full refund within 5 working days.
What you can test at the door
- Power on, run through setup screens
- Connect to your Wi-Fi, browse a website
- Take a photo and a video, check audio
- Plug in the charger, confirm it charges
- Test ports with your own cable / accessory
- Check Battery Health (Settings → Battery)
- Inspect cosmetic condition against the listed grade
- Confirm Apple ID is signed out and Find My is off
Note: The 15-minute window is for inspection only. Setting up your data, transferring from your old device, or installing apps takes longer than that — do those after the agent leaves. If you need extended setup help, our specialists can do it on a free WhatsApp video call after delivery.
